I love this product so much I use every drop down to the bottom of the bottle. It is soothing to the skin,; doesn't sting like some toners. Leaves it lightly moisterized, but no oil feel. My skin is noticeably softer after use - "Supple!!" like the bottle says. Better than toners costing much more! And I've tried tons of products [I am a skincare junkie!]. I don't use cotton [why waste it!]; just spritz some drops in hand and apply over entire face.
